What is the exchange and return policy?

The exchange and return periods for goods are divided into two periods:-

First: Exchange and return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without reason, with some exceptions.

Second: Exchange or return of defective goods within 30 days from the date of receipt

At Depillow, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If we send you the wrong product, the product is defective, or if you change your mind after payment, Depillow will be happy to accept returns free of charge, provided that:

The products are returned in the original packaging

The packaging is unopened (*),

The product shows no signs of use (*),

(*) The condition does not apply to defective (defective) products.

You have up to 30 days after receipt to return a defective product.

Damage caused by misuse
The product has been used,

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be made through the original method of payment
A 3% processing fee applies to cancelled orders made via credit card.

If your product meets the above conditions, please contact our customer service and they will guide you through the process of shipping the product back to us through Depillow. Don’t worry; we are happy to pay the shipping costs.

Please note: Products returned without contacting our customer service will be shipped back to the customer.

Please note that if the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be rejected and will be shipped back to you.

After obtaining approval from our after-sales department, you will be able to proceed to:

Replace your order with another product sold on Depillow, or
Get a refund, in the form of a Depillow voucher or bank transfer

1. What if I change my mind?
